U.S. Army Corps Opens Public Comment on NXT Draft EIS

ACTION ALERT: Voice your support for NXTClean Fuels.

The US Army Corps of Engineers just released the public notice for our Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The Draft EIS will be published next Friday, February 27th, but the comment period is open NOW. After nearly 6 years of permitting, this should be the last public process for our final permit approval. It is absloutely critical that supporters make their voices heard. Below are ways that you can voice your support and it is certainly okay for you to voice your support more than once and in more than one way.

    1. Make sure the email subject line reads “NWP-2020-00383: NEXT Renewable Fuels”
    2. Submit your email comment to nexteis@usace.army.mil
  3. Coordinate with NXT about a personalized comment. Just email Michael Hinrichs at michael@nxtclean.com

(NOTE: Pre-register to comment by emailing nexteis@usace.army.mil and tell them your name, phone number, and which day you would like to attend (virtually) to provide a comment.)
